The problem

Psychosocial risk is now a legal duty. Most organisations manage it in a spreadsheet.

Australian WHS regulations require psychosocial hazards — bullying, workload, fatigue, harassment, exposure to trauma — to be identified, assessed and controlled with the same rigour as physical risk. The obligation sits with officers personally. What changed is not the intent, but the standard of evidence: an inspector now asks what you knew, when you knew it, who you consulted, and what you did.

Scattered
Concerns arrive by email, in corridors, and in exit interviews. Nothing links them.
Reactive
Patterns only become visible after an incident, a claim, or a resignation.
Unprovable
The work was done, but the record that would satisfy a regulator was never kept.
Founding principle

RiskPilot is not module-centric.
It is AI-centric.

Every screen answers one question: how can AI make this easier? If a screen simply stores data without guiding a decision, we've missed an opportunity — so we don't build it that way.

AI Compliance Copilot

Ask it anything. It drafts the evidence.

The Copilot understands your organisation, the legislation that applies to it, and where you are in the Compliance Lifecycle — so every recommendation comes with a next action and a paper trail.

01Understands the WHS legislation that applies to your jurisdiction and industry.
02Turns a plain-language message into a logged, timestamped record.
03Always asks for human approval before anything is finalised.
Copilot · Ops floor14:22
We had a near-miss on the Ops floor today — a worker raised fatigue concerns.
Logged as a psychosocial hazard under fatigue/workload. I've drafted an initial risk assessment and suggested two control measures. Want me to notify the WHS Manager and schedule a consultation?
Yes, and add it to this week's board report.
Evidence captured · Risk register updated · Board report queued

Who it's for

Built for Australian organisations of 10 to 500 people.

Large enough to carry real psychosocial risk, too lean to run a dedicated compliance team. RiskPilot gives three roles one shared system of record.

Officers & directors
Carry the due diligence duty personally. Need to see, at a glance, that it is being discharged.
WHS & safety managers
Own the risk register, controls and consultation. Spend too long assembling evidence by hand.
HR & people leads
Handle the incidents, investigations and support offers that psychosocial hazards generate.
